• No Account: We do not create a user account for you and do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information unless you contact us directly for support.
• Text and Files: We may store text you paste, type, or import for AI detection, humanizing, paraphrasing, originality reports, and related writing checks.
• AI Results: We store AI-generated results, including AI scores, human scores, risk labels, report summaries, sentence-level flags, reasons, rewrite suggestions, humanized text, saved reports, favorites, and history.
• Chat Messages: We store your chat messages and the app's replies to provide conversation history and follow-up writing guidance.

We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide and improve Humanize AI's AI detection, originality reporting, humanizer, paraphraser, rewrite modes, saved history, favorites, sharing, and follow-up chat features.
• Analyze submitted text using AI detection, language, and writing assistance services.
• Store reports, rewritten text, and chat history securely so you can access them across sessions.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. AI Detection and Writing Guidance Disclaimer

Humanize AI provides writing and originality guidance based on the text you submit and AI analysis. AI detector results can be wrong and should be treated as guidance, not proof of authorship, originality, plagiarism, academic integrity, employment suitability, or platform compliance.

Humanizing and paraphrasing features are intended to improve clarity, specificity, tone, and natural voice. You are responsible for how you use the output and for following any school, employer, client, publication, or platform rules that apply to your work.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your submitted text, AI results, saved reports, favorites, humanized rewrites, and chat messages are stored securely in our systems.

Some app versions may not yet include every deletion or privacy control. Where deletion controls are available in the app, deleted data is removed from our active systems. You may contact us for support with privacy or deletion requests.

5. User Responsibilities

You may not upload, submit, or generate:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content
• Illegal or harmful content, including child exploitation material, copyrighted works you do not own, or hate content
• Content intended to enable cheating, academic dishonesty, deception, impersonation, fraud, or violation of another organization's rules

We monitor for violations and may permanently suspend access for behavior that breaks these rules.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Humanize AI may offer a free tier for short checks up to 100 words, Weekly Premium for $4.99/week with no free trial, and Yearly Premium for $24.99/year. Prices and subscription options may vary by region and are shown in the app paywall or store purchase sheet. Subscriptions are auto-renewable but can be canceled via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Consumption Data Shared with Apple

When you make in-app purchases, we may share limited data about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple to assist in evaluating refund requests. This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content.

This sharing occurs only in the context of Apple's refund process and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored reports, rewritten text, favorites, and chat history in the app.
• Use available in-app controls or contact us to request deletion of stored report and chat data.

9. Children's Privacy

Humanize AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
