1. Service

Humanize AI helps users analyze text for AI-writing signals and improve drafts. The app may provide AI scores, human scores, risk labels, originality report summaries, sentence-level flags, reasons, suggested rewrites, humanized versions, paraphrase modes, saved history, favorites, sharing, and AI chat follow-ups.

Results are informational writing guidance. Humanize AI does not guarantee authorship decisions, originality decisions, plagiarism decisions, grades, employment outcomes, publication acceptance, platform compliance, or acceptance by any AI detector.

2. Responsible Writing Use

Humanize AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as any school, employer, publication, client, platform, plagiarism checker, AI detector provider, academic integrity office, legal advisor, or professional writing authority. The app's output is guidance, not a final expert decision.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a result. Use Humanize AI to understand writing signals, improve clarity, revise tone, and review originality concerns. You must follow the rules, disclosure requirements, and integrity policies that apply to your work.

3. Data and Security

We do not create a user account for you.

We store submitted text, imported text files, AI analysis results, humanized rewrites, paraphrases, saved report history, favorites, and chat messages in order to make them available across sessions and to power the AI chat experience.

Some app versions may not yet include every deletion or privacy control. Where deletion controls are available in the app, deleted data is removed from our active systems. You may contact us for support with privacy or deletion requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• NSFW or sexually explicit
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Illegal or promotes illegal activity, including copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech
• Intended to enable cheating, academic dishonesty, deception, impersonation, fraud, or violation of another organization's rules

We reserve the right to monitor submitted content and permanently suspend access for violations of these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Humanize AI may offer a free tier for short checks up to 100 words and paid Premium access for longer AI detection checks, full sentence flags, humanizer features, paraphrase modes, saved history, favorites, sharing, and AI chat follow-ups.

Weekly Premium is $4.99/week with no free trial. Yearly Premium is $24.99/year. Prices, features, and subscription options are displayed in the app paywall or store purchase sheet and may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

6. Consumption Data and Refund Processing

By using Humanize AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple, as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests.

This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content. This information is shared solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Humanize AI and its content, excluding user-submitted text, user-imported files, user-generated chats, and user-created writing, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Humanize AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, correctness, originality, plagiarism status, authorship status, school acceptance, employer acceptance, platform acceptance, or suitability of any result. AI detection and rewriting can be affected by text length, language, topic, tone, style, prompt context, model limitations, and detector limitations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanize AI and the developer are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including academic decisions, writing submissions, grades, employment decisions, client work, publication decisions, platform moderation, originality disputes, plagiarism disputes, or reliance on AI-generated results.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting available data in settings or uninstalling the app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
